This subwoofer amplifier circuit is a power amplifier of BTL (Bridge Told
Load) using IC TDA1516BQ. Series amplifier subwoofer has a power output of 25
watts on the load speaker subwoofer with 4 Ohm impedance. Working voltage range
amplifier subwoofer is + 12 volts to + 10 volts DC, so it can be used for
subwoofer amplifiers in cars. Series subwoofer amplifier in figure below has
low tone settings. Featured subwoofer amplifier circuits owned are:

RCA SPKR 4 Ohm Woofer subwoofer amplifier Circuit above consists of two main
parts: the active filter and the subwoofer power amplifier 22 Watts BTL with IC
TDA 1516. Part of a series on the subwoofer amplifier can be explained as
follows. Active Subwoofer Filter section, this section uses an operational
amplifier (Op-Amp) IC TL072 type is configured as active low pass filter. Input
L and R stereo audio signal passively coupled then the level is controlled by
the level control or P1 volume control. SW1 switch serves to select the phase
of the audio signal are reversed by 180° or 0° is not reversed. Potentiometer
P2 serves as a cut-off point regulator series active filter low pass filter
circuit on the subwoofer. Audio signal output active filter circuit of the
subwoofer is only 1 channel only to be given to the power amplifier. Part of
this power amplifier using power amplifier IC BTL type TD1516BQ which has a
power output of 25 watts for a load of loud speaker’s subwoofer 4 Ohm. Before
the strengthened by the power amplifier audio signal of TDA1516 active low pass
filter is strengthened by 1 level transistor amplifier Q1. This subwoofer
amplifier circuits require cooling to the IC power amplifier, because at the
time of work will generate heat in the IC. Series subwoofer amplifier is mono
because to get the signal tone and the quality of sound reproduction at low
tone did have to take the second summation of the stereo input signals.
